“Casa Limonada exceeded our expectations in every way. The hotel's ideal location, mere steps from a pristine beach and surrounded by shops and activities, provided the perfect backdrop for a memorable family vacation. The accommodations were impeccable, boasting super comfortable beds, all the amenities of home, and a sparkling clean environment. What truly set Casa Limonada apart was the outstanding service, starting from the reservation process and extending through check-out. The owner's personal touch was remarkable; not only did he ensure a seamless experience, but he also surprised us with an absolutely delicious cake. The gesture spoke volumes about the commitment to guest satisfaction. When we expressed our appreciation, the owner went above and beyond, gifting us another cake on our last day!Our stay at Casa Limonada was nothing short of perfection, and we're already eagerly anticipating our next visit to Lido Key Beach to relish the exceptional hospitality and warmth of this boutique gem.”

“Absolutely exceptional! The best hotel in Downtown Sarasota, without a doubt! My business trip stay exceeded expectations at this extraordinary gem. The hotel boasts a unique artistic touch, impeccable customer service, and luxurious rooms. The rooftop is stunning and offers breathtaking views. If you're visiting downtown Sarasota, choose this over the Ritz Carlton for an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!”

Dan was very friendly, accommodating, and easy to communicate with! We will definitely be back!Rooms: Our bungalow (coconut #3) was so cute and so very clean! “I strolled into The Retreat on my morning hunt for a good coffee while on vacation. I ended up getting an iced latte with oat milk and lavender flavor. The barista was so friendly and customized the drink to my liking. The price was reasonable! $5.88 for the latte including tax. I feel like it's hard to get a latte under $6 these days. The latte was great, and I loved the hint of lavender. I wish I came to this spot earlier on my vacation so that I could drop in every morning. They have outdoor seating with umbrellas. I did not see indoor seating for the coffee house area. Very cute breakfast spot!”

“We loved every bit of our stay. The room we got was so well designed, spacious, great mood lighting, super clean and chic! Very impressive. The reception area is very welcoming too. Overall we came to Sarasota without much expectations but Kompose really has set its benchmark high. Very warm, helpful and friendly staff. Austin, who helped us check in and suggested things to do over the thanksgiving holiday was amazing too! Such a good overall experience in a long time.”

“I wish I could give 1000000000000 stars. We stayed at the seashell suite. It was amazing, quaint, quiet, and perfection. I spent my mornings in the private hot tub which was an extremely wonderful added bonus to the rooms. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything we needed for snacks or cooking. The pool was cool and refreshing after laying in the hammock. The dock will be special to me forever now after the mornings of coffee watching the paddle boarders and kayakers. The amenities of everything provided went above and beyond. We loved that it was just far away enough from town to being away from the tourist chaos in Siesta Key. 10/10 would recommend and can NOT wait to come back!!! Thank you for the memories.”

“Nice new hotel convenient location of I75. Plenty of shops and restaurants in area. Staff at the hotel were great especially Tim at the registration desk. We had to stay another night and he was great in accommodating us so we didn't have to check out and reregister.”

“We recently stayed for 9 nights. Location is perfect for walking in town or to the big park and marina. Hospitality was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Tatiana at front desk. Also Jose in valet parking is a great guy.My complaints- NO dresser in room and tiny closet. Also room is very poorly lit. Bed frame is kind of low but not terrible. Wink Wink restaurant is decent but a little pricey. Valet parking $35 a day but still worth it. Takes only a few minutes to get ur car. Pool area is nice and has a bar and food.”

“I arrived around 8:45 am after a stressful morning checking my pet in for surgery nearby and Tim was able to accommodate me right away with a room and even invited me to enjoy breakfast since it wasn't over yet. The breakfast was more than I expected. They had eggs, bacon and/or sausage and hash on the hot bar in addition to the traditional "continental breakfast" items. The room was clean and neat. The location was very convenient for exploring Sarasota and I plan on coming back for another visit under more enjoyable circumstances. I thought the value was outstanding.Rooms: I had a standard double queen room and it was neat and clean.Nearby activities: There are a ton of shopping and dining options near by and a couple of eating options walking distance.”

“Amazing hotel. So much space, outdoor pool, gym, and the breakfast and happy hour were so perfect for providing food for us. The service was only a bit slow.Rooms: Big big rooms.”

“Very private, my family stayed for 4 nights. The fold out sofa bed mattress is not very comfortable (you can feel the springs) otherwise it served our purpose perfectly. Easy access to Turtle Beach (which was a better time than siesta beach) used the dock when we rented a boat. They also had some beach gear (we bought more and left it behind for the next guest)”

“This place is great. The room was clean, the staff was friendly. Pool area was beautiful. The Bahi hut attached to this place was awesome! I had a great time. My only issue is location. Unless you have a car, it was tough to get around. I used Uber but it wasn't the cheapest to get downtown so it limited me in terms of my plans for the trip.”

“Amazing view from the balcony. Comfortable bed and the biggest and clearest TV I’ve ever seen. Hotel is close to a busy road but that meant it was easy to find, and handy to access all the attractions in Sarasota, and there was zero road noise in the hotel and rooms. Some noise from the nearby airport, but none at night and not a disturbance. The guest laundry was very useful. Had a good meal in the Grill and Tikki Bar next door, too.”

“I had to stay at the hotel because my flight got delayed. The airline messed up my voucher but Ashley at the front desk was absolutely amazing! Mary in the restaurant was super helpful and kind. Both of them together truly turned a bad situation completely around. Thank you for being so professional and kind!”

“The place is under renovation, but I must say that the rooms that have been completed are really NICE. For $100 a night you get a very well-done room with mini fridge and freezer. The Tiki bar, or Jimmie's On 41 is out in front, where you can have all kinds of fun. Give the place a try, I don't think that you will be disappointed.”

“This location was near the airport, which was very convienent. Their prices were resonable. Having a seperate kitchen/living area, from the bedroom was fantastic! The bedroom door locked, which made me feel safe, staying alone. I would definately stay, at this Regency Inn, the next time I'm in Florida.”

“First time in Sarasota and the location of this hotel is excellent. We walked to many bars and restaurants that are right around the corner. When we checked in our desired room wasn't available. They said they had an unexpected issue with some rooms and had to give us a double queen on a higher floor. We don't mind a double queen room so it worked out well. That being said multiple floors of this hotel are under construction. I'm not sure why, it seems to be fairly new. During the day construction can be heard and only one elevator works for guests and house keeping staff. The pool is shared with the condos in the building and our room looked out onto the pool and into the condos. I didn't care since I was working on my laptop and had a nice view. I would stay here again, the price was right and the location was good. Valet was only $20 a night and I thought that was a great deal. The valets are really nice guys too.”

“So, I visited this place not long ago, and they were a lifesaver... less than 5 min walk to the Trauma Center, and I don't know how I would've managed without that short commute. It has good amenities, like the breakfast room, (amongst other things), and the hotel staff were courteous & friendly. I know where to stay should another emergency necessitate another visit to Sarasota TC. -Extremely Thankful”

“I am currently staying at this hotel and have stayed here in the past. I am shocked to see the negative reviews on here. Sure it's not the Ritz Carlton! You're also not paying those prices. I have seen the owners dump plenty of money into this hotel. New beds and frames. Fresh paint thru out building. New tv's. Updated bathrooms. I live in sarasota. This place is extremely safe! The options in sarasota for fairly priced hotel/motel under $150 per night. This is your best option. Location can't be beat for the price...Don't be a "Karen" and expect Ritz Carlton pampering. ? As for bugs. I have never seen any bugs. That's BS! Overall it's a decent place to stay and staff will try to accommodate you.Rooms: Rooms are comfy.Nearby activities: McDonald's.Taco Bell. Publix supermarket across the street.Safety: Very safeWalkability: Shopping within walking distance.”

“Everything correct for this hotel name however the price was quite high. Big room which was clean. Had a horrible view of the roof. Walls were super thin and the cleaners kept knocking on the door all morning. The hotel isn’t close to anything so you need a car.”

“The room I stayed in at Days Inn exceeded my expectations in every aspect. It was spotlessly clean, and meticulously maintained. The comfortable bed, fresh linens, and well-appointed bathroom ensured a relaxing and pleasant stay. The inclusion of complimentary toiletries and in-room amenities like a coffee maker and mini-fridge added a thoughtful touch to the overall experience. One aspect that truly stood out during my stay was the outstanding customer service exhibited by the hotel staff. They were attentive, approachable, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction. Whether it was accommodating special requests or providing local recommendations, their unparalleled professionalism and genuine care for guests were truly commendable.Thank you, Days Inn, for making my stay an unforgettable one. I eagerly look forward to future visits.”

“Absolutely disgusting room. Smelled horribly and like they tried to cover it with fabulouso. I say smells like cigarettes my boyfriend says it’s just funky. Pulled down sheets on bed to find hair and dirty looking sheets. Bathtub is stained horribly. Dust on exhaust fan and ac unit. I’m surprised they even work. Tv doesn’t work it’s all fuzz. Outside of hotel they have a mattress and tvs just sitting instead of in the trash. I didn’t even dare go to the complimentary breakfast there was no way with the lack of cleanliness. So bad I went to Walmart got myself bleach spray, comet, a mop and sheets cause there was no way I could have stayed otherwise. Even after mopping the floor the towel I put on bathroom floor turned brown from filth. I refused to walk in room without my shoes on. Even after bleaching it smelled good that evening and then the stinky smell was back. Just disgusting they need to take some pride in their establishment. Don’t stay here, spend the extra $$.”
