“I always come here because the customer service is amazing! I put my chain in for a repair and some how it got lost in transit. They gave me credit on the lost chain and Eli got me an extra discount for my troubles. I was going through family issues and it had been awhile before I was able to go back to select another purchase. But Lakin helped me decide on a purchase that was amazing. I still had family issues to be taken care of so it was awhile again before I can go back and make the final purchase. There was some issues concerning my purchase but Eli and Lakin came to the rescue AGAIN! They got me ANOTHER discount, so 3 discounts for my troubles and I made my purchases that are very beautiful and I am very happy with. “My wife Jackie went into the store to have a battery replaced on her watch and Doron could not have been nicer. He showed her around the store to see all the beautiful jewelry. My wife returned two days later to pick up her watch and Doron said there would be no charge. We will definitely be back at Holiday Time.”
“True to their name, repairs are fast and done on site. Depending on your watch brand, batteries can be expensive but in line with other jewelers that have to send merchandise out to a 3rd party.”
“Excellent customer service. Went to another store, a local battery store for a watch battery for a vintage SWATCH and a vintage Baby G shock watch. Refused to work on the G shock, and charged $19 dollars for the SWATCH battery.
We had wanted to stop here first, but y'all are closed on Mondays. So Tuesday we took in my GShock. $5 bucks for a watch battery.
