There's no need to make an appointment as walk-ins are accepted and my little man is a handful so I have to give credit where credit is due, and they do good work! There's also lots of high quality toys and fun pet related items like magnets, signs and t-shirts, we give it a loud resounding WOOF!”

“Consultation with vets can often be quick and complicated, and you leave feeling like there are a lot of questions still left to be answered. This is how I felt while trying to implement a new diet for my dog. I originally thought that I was going to have to figure out all these remaining questions myself (as it was taking so long to get a reply from the doctors), but when I called Holistic Pets looking for the proper foods, the nutritional expert, Gregory, told me to bring in the medical documents from the meeting with my doctor for an in-house consultation. Very quickly, he was able to answer all of my remaining questions, help me select the proper foods, and help me select items that were more affordable for me. Highly recommend Holistic Pets!”

Kudos!Asked to hold 2 bags of dog and 1 bag of cat food, mainly due to my dogs brand food generally sells out quick. When I first moved to area had requested they carry this brand name. They ordered for me right away, and then started carrying regularly. I was also wanting to take advantage of coupon I had. Wasn't sure if I'd get off work in time today. Bags were put back as I asked. Greeting as soon as I entered, as always, and a thank you for bringing cart back. Good service. TY!”

“This is the best doggie day care facility that I have ever been part of! MY DOG LOVES IT! The Staff is wonderful! Indoor/outdoor, pools, trees for lots of shade. All dogs are together which makes a great social experience for them and, of course, all dogs are screened and required to have all required shots current. I so wish that I could send Jackie everyday but I do when I can! It is worth every penny!”
“I've had my 13 yr old Yorkie groomed here by Lisa 3X's so far. So perfect each time! Love the atmosphere! He's not socially receptive to other dogs but has been professionally groomed since puppyhood so he's a good compliant client. My other groomer left the area after three years, I didn't think I'd find a new groomer so easily. Lisa is booked months in advance so plan accordingly!”
“The store has many different brands of pet food and snacks to choose from. They have more pet clothing including a few large sizes, but more for little animals. They carry a large assortment of pet toys. The staff will come by and ask if you need help with anything which is a definite plus for me because I rarely see staff from many corporations that do that anymore. They do offer sale prices at times, but the only reason I couldn't give them a "5" is because the prices are fairly high for someone with multiple pets. Overall it was a good shopping experience.”
“A well stocked store, but there is more to it than that. They stock the good dog foods you know about but also the rare or niche foods others do not carry. And they ship from the store right to you very quickly. Friendly and helpful staff and a world of top quality toys, leashes, and collars, as well. I’m shopping here from now on.”

“Wonderful place of business! First-time customers and after my experience I definitely have found a new grooming salon for my pet. From the minute I reached out and made an appointment, I knew I was contacting the right place. On the day of my visit, I walked in the door and was immediately greeted by one of the employees. The groomer was patient and listened to what I requested and also gave recommendations. When I picked up my pet, I was once again greeted by two very nice employees. I felt comfortable and welcomed within their place of business. The customer service that I received from start to finish was fantastic!
