“I came to Florida on vacation from south Carolina, and while I was here , I needed to deposit a large amount of coinage.
I contacted the bank beforehand by phone to make sure they could handle such a deposit. The manager I spoke to was very courteous and helpful and informed me that they could handle it.
After arriving at the bank , the manager and other tellers went above and beyond any expectations I may have had by being patient and treating me like my needs were their top priority.
There was also an unruly gentleman present at the time , and the staff treated him with patience and respect even though he probably didn't deserve it.
A shout out goes to the manager and teller crew for being so awesome !!! May each of you be blessed abundantly !!!

“We stopped here on our way back home to get some cash to buy a lottery ticket ( if you're from Alabama you know why!). Drive through ATM was very easy to enter/exit and we had no issues at all. Because it's not on Front Beach Road it isn't as crowded as other banks in Panama City. I'm sure we'll make a stop here again!”
