At first I thought the price for front brake pads was to high. Almost double compared to the ones I got at Advance Auto. They were the only Parts Store in town (PCB) that had the brake pads on a Sunday. So I purchased them. O’Reillys was only carrying top tier brake pad. I can’t fault them for that. I wish they had more options, but it is what it is. I should’ve changed the brake before I left for vacation. I was in a rush to get going. Very impressed with this store. I called ahead of time and Charles said that the brakes will be here for me when I get there. While checking out, the service was great. I was able to pull around to the side of the building and change the brake pads right there in the parking lot. It took me 30 minutes and I was back to my Airbnb. My family was relieved and our vehicle is back in working order. Thank you Connor and Charles.”
