“I've never had an auto parts store allegiance. It nearly 9pm and my headlight went out. I needed a new one, so I stopped by O'Reilly's to grab one for my husband to change it. Assistant manager, Jason, offered without prompting. Kudos to him for being a nice and caring guy. A lot of people would have let a woman continue on home without offering to help. Took him maybe 2 minutes tops to change it out. O'Reilly's will now be my go to.”
“Stopped in for why I thought was a battery issue with slow crank starting. The technician/sales representative helped me out big time by eliminating the battery as the cause and suggested a starter as being the fault. Spot on , I bought the starter and had the car towed to a local shop Beach Auto Care, and glad I did as it turned out the starter was in fact the issue. O’Reilly also supports Veterans. If I’m on the road and have an issue with any of my vehicles O’Reilly Auto Parts is one of my first choices.”
