“This location has very good service. I fly into this airport several times a year and use Budget often. Michael in particular goes above and beyond to give you options, explain different programs or give you alternatives for vehicle rental when possible. One time our flight was significantly delayed, arriving well after a midnight. I was concerned the counter would be closed, but it was not. Michael greeted all the beleaguered customers with kindness and patience. Also, the drop off is very quick, often having employees working the return parking lot and checking you out on the spot.”
