“I was awarded a visa debit gift card as an award by my company. It was intended for travel only and was accepted at every hotel, restaurant, gas station, and entertainment place. I made my Alamo rental reservation on it and it was accepted . However, when I got to the rental counter to pick up my car, it was not accepted as payment. Only because it did not have a chip. I had ID, my reservation was held on it, but I can’t pay with it?!?! Major fail and vacation bummer. Otherwise, the staff and vehicle were outstanding.”

“Have been renting from Enterprise for almost 15-20 years and was told on my last rental that I might not be able to rent from them again because I bring the mentally back in late but no negative payments did not owe anything I am and I was told by the front desk work that I was not able to rent another one for the upcoming event for my grandson's football game.. I always clean the car vacuum it out feel it back up the same way every time I also was told that I didn't have anything when I first got the rental was a lot was full of cars”
“Almost every time i am able to get a car that is nice, smells good, and appears clean and in good working order. Choosing my car from the Emerald Isle is so convenient and then the drop off process is almost always efficient and the workers kind asking if everything was ok. When the Emerald Isle isn’t available, the people at the counter have been very helpful. We had a recent experience like this in Panama City, FL where the person at the counter (her name was Sabina) was so kind and helpful - it made our first experience arriving at our destination so pleasant. Pricing is usually very competitive, only occasionally do i need to access another option where National’s prices are too high. Overall love getting my rental cars here!”

“My flight to Pensacola was cancelled so I had to scramble to make alternate arrangements. There were no seats on the flights to Pensacola at all throughout the weekend so I flew to Panama City - Northwest Florida Beaches Airport. I booked early in the morning before my afternoon flight and Dollar had a car for me. It being a Father's Day weekend at a major beach and tourist destination Hertz and the other major rental agencies were booked solid. Dollar came through with a Nissan Kicks that still had a new car smell to it. It drove like a new car. Pro tip: make sure you have a credit card. Debit cards trigger an additional temporary deposit that is returned a few days after you turn in your car.”

Michael was absolutely amazing — friendly, efficient, and incredibly helpful. He got us checked in and on our way quickly and easily, which was especially appreciated after traveling. He also gave us some great recommendations and helpful tips for our trip, including using budget E-PASS to make getting around easier.
