“My flight to Pensacola was cancelled so I had to scramble to make alternate arrangements. There were no seats on the flights to Pensacola at all throughout the weekend so I flew to Panama City - Northwest Florida Beaches Airport. I booked early in the morning before my afternoon flight and Dollar had a car for me. It being a Father's Day weekend at a major beach and tourist destination Hertz and the other major rental agencies were booked solid. Dollar came through with a Nissan Kicks that still had a new car smell to it. It drove like a new car. Pro tip: make sure you have a credit card. Debit cards trigger an additional temporary deposit that is returned a few days after you turn in your car.”

“We had been looking at RAV4's after losing our last car in an accident. Giovani met us while looking at a model that we saw in their online inventory. He was pleasant, professional, a good listener, answered questions and provided options that helped us make a decision. Everyone involved was friendly and professional. My wife and I became quite frustrated with the amount of time it took to buy a used car with cash. It took 10 minutes to decide on the car, and 3 and 1/2 hours to sign papers, write a check and dive off with the car, that's way too much time.”
