“The service is always top notch. Cars are always clean and in good repair. Their return option are usually very good. Most of the time someone is always waiting out in the return area to facilitate the return. My situation was a bit of an after hours return, so I had to walk into the airport to return the key to the drop box. I would most definitely rent from here again.”

“Taja was so nice and helpful with renting a vehicle! I hadn't had a reservation and she was able to help me get the paperwork processed and out the door in 15 min or less!Taja was very patient, attentive, and helped me find the best vehicle for my use and trip. I had wanted to rent from Enterprise and she was able to help me at her counter. She offered great insight about the different cars available and helped me find a great car. I didn't know much about the models they had available, but she had helped me understand the size comparison and what was most similar to my car back home.She gave me a quick rate, suggestions on insurance and gas tank prices which made it easy for me to plan my trip. The cost for the rental was incredibly fair and I'm glad I rented the car for the week since it has made the trip a lot easier.”

“After Priceline and Avis screwed me over when I got to the airport with Avis saying that Priceline was booking cars they didn't have so I had no car, Hertz got me into a car without a problem...lesson learned...Don't deal with Priceline or Avis and only deal with Hertz”

“I thought I would use Lyft but decided to rent a car instead. The very friendly lady at the rental desk found a car for me even though they were pretty booked and that I had no reservation. I chose the mystery car and got a minivan that I really liked. Great experience”

“Made my rental reservation on the Southwest Airlines website. When I arrived at the Panama City airport in the evening, desk agents were ready to process my paperwork. They were kind and friendly. They offered other car options if I needed a larger car, etc, which I did not need. Car rental return was also very easy at the airport since there was an agent out in the parking lot who greeted me and took my keys. Great car rental experience! Nice people. ?”
