“We called Computer Outlet and told John we had 2 computers that had both gotten very slow over the last few days. One of them couldn't even be operated so we feared we had some viruses and needed a tune-up. John told us to get there by 12 noon and he could get them back to us before the end of the day. John was fantastic to work with, he had both computers working perfectly again after only 90 minutes. He was super friendly, explained everything he did to us and did a great job. They are not cheap, costing $360 total for both computers, but worth every penny to have someone you can trust with you personal and business data on your hard drives. They use Telos for processing the info for your app. You don't pay until you complete the in-person portion of the application. Digital ? fingerprints are taken, you verify your info from your online application, then take a color photo. The process was so quick and painless! I'm so glad they offer this service somewhere other than the port now!”
