Bought two store brand staplers to complete my project. Both of them broke 1st day. Had to pull staples out that we're getting stuck. Admittedly, first time I've had this problem with Office Depot (reason for 3 stars instead of 2).

Service is incredible. And a big shout out to Aimee, the store manager! Customer service is genuine and sincere. I can tell by her authentic drive to satisfy customers big or small. I hope she is compensated by the company for her drive to be the best in this business. I wpuld give 6 stars if I could. ******
