“Michael at the front door was amazing. We had an issue with the drive up earlier in the day, but Michael made up for it. He kept an eye out for our car to drive up… He was out the door with our order, was friendly and courteous, and very professional… He is exceptional at his job. I’m glad I got to witness him in action, and management should be very proud and pleased to have him on staff. Drive up is an amazing service and we use it all the time… Our minor issue today was replaced by A great experience this evening… Michael at the front door deserves some praise from Management… Thank you, Michael and Target.”
