“Wonderful facility and amazing crew, BUT they are understaffed!! Usually 6-7 desk workers.. only 3 today. There was a long line. The staff did their best and still remained friendly as can be. God bless them.Whoever does “Ascension Hiring”.. They need help!!”
“My family celebrates the 4th of July every year at Panama City. The need for emergency medical care so far from home is something most people don’t consider until the moment you need it. One afternoon we decided to go roller skating. My daughter in law fell and broke her wrist. Luckily, Bay Medical was just down the road. Considering the circumstances, we had a very pleasant experience. We were in and out in less than ninety minutes. We were very impressed with their compassion and professionalism. In addition to their excellent care, they called her the next day to check on her. She had to have surgery the following week but she is well on her way to a full recovery. Thank you Bay Medical for taking such good care of my daughter in law.”
