They use Telos for processing the info for your app. You don't pay until you complete the in-person portion of the application. Digital ? fingerprints are taken, you verify your info from your online application, then take a color photo. The process was so quick and painless! I'm so glad they offer this service somewhere other than the port now!”

“I want to say amazing things about Ryan. I came into the beach store at approximately noon. Ryan was the only employee in sight helping multiple customers at one time. I had to wait 5 minutes but Ryan came over to me and apologized to me for the wait. We talked and I discovered he had a couple of employees call out and that he didn’t have any other employees he could call in. He immediately worked my print job and got me taken care of with a smile on his face even though it was obvious that he was underwater due to the lack of support in the store. Whoever makes the schedules at this store might want to look at the number of employees they schedule because obviously it’s not working. Thank you Ryan though for taking time to help me and do an amazing job! That is what customer service is.”
