He went over every object I had found the answer to every question I might’ve had and also walked around the store showing me alternatives. He was the epitome of great customer service. he even let me know that my small business could qualify for a business plan membership plan that cost $49 a month and I will save money in a long run which sounds awesome to me. Dan would be my go to Guy and that would be my go to Store solely because of his customer service.”

“Today I was assisted by Bob at the Panama City location, he was absolutely incredible from start to finish! Helped me with my in store pick up, assisted me in placing my belongings in my car (I had a big pick up order). Informed about about an item that was supposed to be in my order but was not available. Most people wouldn't have said anything, but he made sure I knew it wasn't available and if needed there was other options. Will definitely keep ordering our supplies through Office Depot just because of the service I received. Thank you Bob!!”

He was also the same person who helped me look for office furniture last time I was there. John definitely deserves recognition and a raise for doing such an excellent job helping customers there. Great job John. Thanks for all of your help. I drove all the way from Callaway just to come out to this to PCB location. The 23rd location service is awful. Their lack of customer service and knowledge, and even a couple of them has issues of attitudes. For me it's worth the drive out to PCB location for better service.”
