Autumn is so sweet and kind. I walked in very confused about the location of the items I was looking for and she instantly guided the way and helped me in no time! We need more dedicated workers like her, please give her a raise!

We go here weekly. The staff are super friendly (not just to us but our pups) and helpful. Recently they encouraged me to download the petsmart app because I’ve been coming in so often. 😅
