Every interaction with most of the employees that work here is always so depressing and unpleasant. They seem to hate their jobs and I get it, most people do. But please stop taking it out on customers who spend a fortune every month on supplies. As inconvenient as it is, it’s absolutely worth the drive to the other location.

The staff was rude and condescending. When asking simple questions my Wife and I received either finger pointing or eye roles. A word of advice, if you work with people don’t assume that they know everything there is to know about the business you work for. That is why customers ask questions to learn about said business. I’m sure the founders of Per Smart didn’t become the company they are with attitudes of the employees at this location.

Today is June 14th, I couldn’t find a specific food because the doctor gave me a picture. I asked two employees for help, but unfortunately no one wanted to help me... they simply pointed their finger in an unknown direction... they turned away and left. And one woman looked aloofly as I suffered in search. I had to leave with nothing... To increase sales, I recommend that the owner do something with the staff!

Terrible customer service from start to finish. Asking 3 times to help me and workers was so rude! Please hire someone who can help with customers!

Cheryl is an awesome manager who was really compassionate when we came in looking for items to comfort our dog after emergency surgery. She didn't pressure us, but showed is what we needed and was mindful this surgery broke the bank with us. Won't find another lady like her.

Please what ever you do DON'T take your animal to the groomers at this place I came in with my Dog to get groomed and there was a dark haired lady tending to a small chaiuaha she yelled at this little dog scared me I asked who was grooming my dog and thank God it was not her I made sure to ask then a giant chick was very defensive about my question on who was grooming PLEASE PLEASE don't take your animals to the groomers here they are awful and management should be better at finding help NEVER will be back you shouldn't either !!!! AWFUL women

Jennifer groomed my Goldendoodle last Saturday and shaved her from her nose to the end of her tail. I never received a phone call and was so upset when I picked her up. I asked what happened and Jennifer rudely responded she was matted and I said there was no way, other than her ears and when I dropped off my 3 dogs they did a head to paw examination and I checked off the cut preferences etc. I said she looks ridiculous to Jennifer and Jennifer said Yes she does, never apologized and was so unprofessional and rude. Do NOT allow Jennifer to touch your furbaby!!!

Grat place for supplies and pets, and accessories, but staff doesn't seem to have a lot of knowledge about animals, especially in fish/bird department.

Good luck getting someone to help you. The Salesperson spent 10 mins talking to someone who obviously wasn't buying anything. Never said a word to me. I was standing right beside her, looking right her. In the fish dept. In front of an aquarium. Utterly ignored for 10 mins. I left and drove another 15 mins and spent money elsewhere. Not the first time not being helped here. It will be the last. I have had much better service at Suncoast Pets. It's just a longer drive for me. A drive I will take from now on.

We bought our 75 gallon fish tank and stand here as well as some fish. The staff was very helpful in helping us pick out fish.

I have been buying my fish supplies there.but the customer service of a few cashiers not the greatest. The first time I got one if them I thought maybe she's having a bad day but nope. She was like that few more times after. And goodness for bid if you have to return something. The attitude's they give. I do like the girl that cares for the fish she was great. But think it's best I go elsewhere. I spend a lot and can do without the attitude

Call before going to the groomer. They are randomly closed in the afternoon. The posted hours are invalid. Good fora nail dremmel when they are actually open.
