Happy customer for 2 yrs, but they raised price 68% (from $74 to $125) all at once. Went to Comcast for $39 good enough TV and www. Returned to WOW after Xfinity raised their prices and WOW has been steady and reliable ever since. (now been here for 3 years)

I have lost my pin and put in numerous numerous numerous numerous options that it could be and because I don't have pin they won't Tell me anything about my bill,speak to me about anything about my account or even let me speak to a supervisor or manager. I am disabled and on disability and this has put me through savere savere stress and caused me more health issues. I have contacted better business bureau and reported wow twice. And contacting a attorney. They will definitely be sued if they don't take care of this issue.

I am so tired of wow if it's not one thing its another. We now have our TV going into sleep mode they say they are working on this problem but it has been along time how long does it take to fix the problem. You can hit okay but after 4 or 5 times doing that it is aggravating. We pay to much money to be having this problem. Very unhappy customer ? I sent this yesterday and you said to contact you to discuss the problem. The problem is when your watching a show the TV goes into sleep mode and it does this 3 or 4 times. Month ago we were told yall were aware of the problem and it was not just with ours. Fix it if you want our business.

Where do I begin? Unfortunately in my region this is the only ISP with "high speeds"...So... for example I never have to scroll down my recent call list to find their number... that's not a joke... And I ask myself every time I call.. Is this real life?? Even with the "Unlimited Data" plan.. and dl speeds of 900mpbs.. my upload on a good day is never higher than 50mbps.. and you can forget seeing the high number on average this is a low trending market with rare jumps up... and that's just how the upload speeds work.. they go up and down consistently and with numerous techs coming out.. even replacing lines.. I still cannot remove their number from the top of my call list... I recently had a operator ask my to clear my browser history bc that might help the upload speeds on speedtest........... I quit calling from there... so for anyone hoping to stream your own content.. good luck.. you may be able to get 1080p at 60 frames for about an hour then it's like a throttle of some sort happens and the uploads speeds will stay low until the next day or until a call is made and the normal.. "lets try resetting your router"... comes about... I'm doing this to help people from headache.. just trust me stay away.... this is year 4....

Worst customer service.. they call themselves a cable company but they're not... You have to install the YOU TUBE app .. This is false advertising!! I was told I would get all the channels they offered .. that was a lie .. I had to buy extra apps for the channels I was told I was supposed to get. What a scam!!! If you don't have a smart TV you have to buy an adapter .. I was never told that.. I would't recommend your company to my worst enemy

Every time I call tech support about my new non-working Wow modem, I only reach a Wow employee too difficult to understand.How can I speak with tech support that doesn't have a strong foreign accent too challenging to get through a conversation?Bad enough to acquire a new modem in the mail that keeps turning itself off and can't even talk with Wow about it.

Wow has provided internet service that sporadically goes out, sometimes for whole days and nights. I was told it was because of damages from a storm but a month later, these issues are still rampant. If you have other options, go with one of those providers.

Beware of $99 installation fee that no one discusses. You have option to install yourself which is also not disclosed. Customer service does not care and stated I’m stuck with it. My service has been fine but I’m concerned about other shady activities that may occur. Watch bill carefully.

Service is horrible and overpriced. I take care of my elderly disabled parents, can't get ahold of them when I'm out of the house and there's no internet. This is during perfect weather. You can't even get them on the phone when things actually work. CHANGE PROVIDER!

Called their number to see if they had a military discount. The representative said that she couldn’t tell me until after I signed up and had an order number and to call customer service number to apply any promotions or discounts. I went back and forth and said all I’m asking is for a yes or no answer. Then she finally told me they don’t. She knew the answer to my question out the gate but tried to get me signed up knowing the answer was no. Sketchy customer service. That’s all I needed to know about this company. I’m out.

This internet is garbage. Pay $112 for the fastest speed and everything is still lagging. I was paying the same for AT&T and had no problems. Ran 4 smart tvs, 3 xbox’s, a PC and all 5 phones connected and no problems what so ever. Unfortunately we moved and this was the only internet provider in our area. If you’re looking for internet i do not recommend this at all. You WILL NOT get what you pay for. If i could give this -20 stars i would.

If I could give 0 stars that’s what I would do.I had automatic billing enabled.I canceled my account.Wow! Deleted my account info and stopped auto payments.They called demanding payment, but couldn’t take it over the phone.I could NOT log in to pay since they deleted my account.I called multiple times with NO resolution.They sent me to collections. I paid. They didn’t record the payment.They waited 3 months, called again and collected.This apparently a timeframe that it gets put in your credit report.So now I have a $107 collection that I paid (thought I paid 3 times prior) and I can not get them to remove because their process does not allow it.My next step is to get a lawyer involved because of this.DO NOT USE WOW!**** EDIT ****They responded for me to reach out to them. I have done that multiple times. To which they are unable to find my account, and refuse me to speak with a supervisor.WOW! if you are serious about rectifying give me a number I can directly reach someone vs. your call center that offers ZERO customer support.
