We had an issue with a flip phone, less than one year old. Shayne confirmed the phone would NOT ring, told us how to send it in for a replacement, AND activated an extra phone we had. He was SO pleasant and helpful!! 100% would recommend him.

The sales rep Crystal gave great Service resolve my issue and gave me an upgrade under a promo deal and added an Apple watch for bonus deal. Store can get busy but she seems to multitask.
