We love our Sunset Family.Rooms: The rooms are clean.Safety: It's small scale and I have never been concerned about safety.Walkability: Out the back and there you are on an amazing beach!”

“Only one minor issue, the water pressure in the shower was not very strong. ?Food & drinks: The food was excellent! Our bartender made excellent recommendations and was very helpful with all of our questions. I now have a new favorite drink thanks to him!”

“At first I wont lie I was so scared to stay here based on outside appearance. But the man that came from behind the desk was so funny and so sweet and just amazing with his service. I got to the room and loved that it was a HARD DOOR with proper bottom covering of the door panel which meant! YOU GUESSED IT! NO BUGS! HOLY WOW! I am so amazed and the room is newly remodeled and has an AMAZING SMART TV! The rooms do NOT smell like smoke, fresh paint and updated technology as well as far as TV and ALARM systems and such. The comforters are a little outdated, but to be honest, hotel and resort/condo bedding is upwards of like $200 or more for bedding so I completely get that with being a small business! I haven't used their pool yet but I do intend to and am hoping we get to stay longer as this is our only way to live at the moment. We will post pics of the room later when I get off work so you can see and hopefully choose the BUDGET INN for your vacation or for a safe and reliable night of rest, peace, and cleanliness!”

“My family and I loved it here! My 9 month old loved the pool. Loved how quiet it was despite it being the Christmas holiday. Loved the spaciousness of the room. It was 6 adults and 1 baby and there was enough room for everyone. We enjoyed cooking a full functional Christmas dinner in the kitchen. I will definitely be booking here when im in PCB again.”

“Spectacular view. Very clean room. Convenient commute to several supermarkets and right next to a state park!If it weren’t for the early morning jackhammers in the penthouse suites on the top floor, this would’ve been a 5 star review. I should have been compensated somehow for this because it was an absolute headache.”

“We've stayed here for a couple of years and the only complaint we've had is with a couple of guests . At the small pool they were teaching their teens to dive and doing belly busters their selves and then laughing when they splash you in the face is wrong . The hotel is older but clean and they will do everything to make your stay a good one, We will return. I love the management here, they are vey nice and treat you like family.”
