They are always too busy. Need more help. Usually one person. Everybody is new. Can't really help with problems or questions. I called and asked to be called back and have never received a call yet. So I went couldn't help.

I paid 5,000 fpr ac / heater for my pool and they installed and and it has not worked for 18 months always making excuses why they cant come out now they say its been too long and out of warranty..i will say new counter guy kyle is very helpfull but they company and jacuzzi product is trash

I'm so disappointed in you, Leslie Pools. You are doing it again at your store in Panama City Fl.You find a good employee and run them to the ground for your own profit. Your store cannot run on one employee alone. They work tirelessly for you and I can see the defeat in their eyes. It's a job! It's not their WHOLE life working seven days a week. I believe that store has some bad juju to it. Maybe move the store and you'll find more employees. How about someone from corporate coming and helping. You give the one employee minimal resources and expect everything from them. Do you know how many times I can't get through because the phone doesn't work, or I have to take a photo of the computer screen because the printer doesn't work?You ruined your last manager and it will be sad if you try to do it to Kyle too.I have taken Kyle lunch more than once because I know he's not eating. Close the store for lunch for crying out loud. You are breaking all sorts of laws by not allowing your one employee to have breaks.I love your products and I love your employees. Quit trying to run this store like it's in a third world country, with slave labor. Hang in there Kyle, "it will get better." Thank you for the great job you do!

Very helpful people. I'm a new pool owner and went in there with no idea what I was doing. They checked my water and gave me a detailed get well plan to balance my chemicals and grabbed everything I'd need for me.

People that work there are very rude, they give out incorrect information, they act like it's a nuisance helping you... all they're trying to do is sell product. They gave me the wrong information multiple times for my pool that totally messed up the water in the pool so had to start all over. I would not recommend them!!

Outstanding business and amazing customer service. Logan especially is a pro at his craft and goes the extra mile to take care of his existing regulars and earn new regulars. I bought a house with a pool and knew nothing about the existing setup. The pros here had me up and running in no time and taught me how to maintain everything. Some of the best customer service I’ve seen at any store, anywhere. Also very quick and efficient. The store is open later than most other niche type stores, and the employees keep the line moving quick with thorough answers even if you have a complex problem. Bring in a sample of your pool water and they’ll test it on the spot. Can’t say enough good things about this place.

Leslie's diagnosed my panels with lightening damage to the wiring and my insurance asked for an estimate for replacement for the panel and pump due to the damage along with a signed and notarized document. I dropped them off and was told he didn't know when he would be able to get around to it but probably the following Tuesday. The Tuesday came and went along with the whole week and the following Wednesday I stopped and he just shook his head. I said you dont have them. He said no I told you I didn't know when I could do them. I said well you said possibly by last Tuesday. He said well I wasn't here yesterday. I said do you have any idea when you can possibly get it done it's for my insurance. He says I have no idea I have more important things in my life than those papers. I said can I just get my papers. He says oh sure I can give them to you. Like it was no big deal. I planned on using him for the business to actually repair when things were finalized but I will find someone else. I am upset that I already gave them money to fix my salt pump. If I knew that how they treat their customers I never would have.

These guys know there stuff! Every time we have an issue they know exactly what it is and help us out every time. Our last visit we had an issue with our liner being stained, they knew exactly what the cause was and how to clean it up. With in minutes our pool was clean and clear. We were going to other places, but won’t go anywhere else now.

I have been a customer of Leslie's pools for years. In the past they have been so nice and incredibly helpful. I went in last week to inquire about a new polaris. I got some information and went back in today to get my new pool water tested with plans to purchase chemicals and a polaris. I asked if I could possibly drop off my water sample (so that the water would not sit in my hot car) and come back after lunch to buy all the chemicals that I needed. This apparently threw them for a loop. I was clearly a nuisance and both the employees were incredibly rude to me. I received a bunch of sighs, hands to the head, frustrating body language, arms flying in the air, and rude comments like "well what do you want me to do" and "we can't help that you are going to lunch". Yes, I was going to lunch but never said I couldn't give them my new pool info. I'm not sure what the problem was today, but after that I could not bring myself to go back in; not after that. I sadly will no longer be a customer. And the new polaris...I will purchase elsewhere.

Although I was not happy with my float I bought they did have chlorine in stock . The float was one of the 100 something dollar floats and it doesn't even want to hold me or even small child up
