Patricia at the reservation counter provided excellent customer service, as did Andrew during my return. I just wish I had thought to ask about the car colors when given two car choices because driving a black car in Florida in late June was very hot. Overall, this car rental was a great experience.

Sabina and Andrew were phenomenal at pickup and dropoff expertly getting us into the proper vehicle to fit our business party’s traveling needs! 10/10 customer service, vehicle selection, and places to eat recommendations! Will be booking again with National for the next trip!!!

I had an issue with another rental company and Adria helped me. She took very good care of me with my rental. She is very personable and professional. I would definitely rent from national and tell others because of the the experience that I had.
