Heaven forbid you ever need to use the print services here. It's a constant game of having employees who don't care about their job, don't know their job description, can't show up in uniform, can't explain anything to you, and DONT YOU DARE try to make them do what they get paid to do, they can't handle that. Want to get something laminated like the website says, better be ready to leave it for several days. Need to pick up business cards, get ready to wait 45 minutes to be told they don't do that. Wanna print something for work and have it stapled, get ready to be handed a single stapler cause they can't work their own machines.this Place is a joke. Wish I could help point you to the employees to avoid but they don't even wear a name tag but don't worry you'll figure it out pretty quickly

Office depo does not copy anything while you wait. Go to UPS or small print shop!!!

Went to print one jpg photo on stock paper 60 copy and 1 pdf form 6 time total they only have self serve now can email and pick up in a few days. As the lady just stood behind the counter leaning on it. What a waste thankfully ups store across the street they can do in less than 10 minutes. So update for everyone save your money and time.

I want to give a shout out to Mary in the printing department. I went in this morning with a complicated request and she went above and beyond to get me just what I wanted!! We need more service minded associates like her. Thank you Mary!

I went to Office Depot looking for a printer for our home and after 30 minutes of looking with not the first offer to help I picked out a printer and went to look for a cartridge and again no help from staff I couldn't find the cartridge. I purchased the printer and ask the cashier if they carry the cartridge but he had no clue. I wish I had walked out without the printer. No customer service or help at all. I will never go back unless I take the printer back.

Please hire more people for the mail and ship center. Every time I come here, I have to wait 15 mins or longer, and the lonewoman at the counter doesn’t look like she’s trying to speed up AT ALL.
