I described my foot pain to the lady helping me and she suggested a pair of soles, I got them, put them in my new boots before work and it felt like I had broken those boots in already and my feet had so much comfort. 10/10 recommend! “This is a shoe store like we grew up with, where excellent customer service is the norm. I went yesterday to purchase shoes that I needed sized as they come in European sizes I am unfamiliar with. After ZERO service at Dick's and Acadamy Sports, it was so refreshing to have sales staff that knew their products and cared that you were pleased with your purchase. I did not get the 2 ladies names that helped me but they were both fantastic. If you want to shop where customer service is king and the staff super helpful, then Sunset Shoes is the store for you.”
“I visited this location on 3/20/25 in search of shoes that would be comfortable, as I was experiencing foot pain upon arrival. The store was clean, quiet, and well-organized. A staff member, a blonde lady whose name I didn’t catch, approached me to offer assistance. She was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and guided me through the store, showing me which brands would be the best fit for my needs. Thanks to her excellent service, I ended up purchasing two pairs of shoes and will definitely be returning to get shoes for my entire family! She even managed to dust mop the entire store while helping several other customers. I truly appreciate her flexibility and kindness—great job! ??”

“I ABSOLUTELY love this locally owned store! Caroline and Linda are the SWEETEST and BEST duo! They have cute clothes, beautiful jewelry, and the BEST candles. They recently added permanent jewelry line to their store! Out of the Box truly has something for everyone. I’ve gotten baby shower, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, wedding, engagement, and graduation gifts and even the occasional treat myself gift. “I love the sketchers store because they have so much merchandise to choose from. The slip ins are the best for me as you don't have to bend down to put them on. They have a great selection of women's, men's, and children shoes as well. All of their shoes are very comfortable and stylish, but all of them have a different style for everyone. Some have tie string shoes, while the others focus on just slip in and go. There is also a assortment of socks and other things that you can buy as well. The people who work there are very nice and helpful ( customer service skills are off the chart) and will help you with anything that you need. So if you are looking for or needing some shoes, look no further than the sketchers store in Panama City.
