“We always hit relief every time my son comes to town. Emmit sports their t-shirts around their stickers. He plasters everywhere. We love Relief. We bought his first two real skateboards from Relief. We buy shoes all our skateboard apparel and have several boards from there”
“Hands down the best customer service I've experienced here. I didn't get her name, but the birthday girl was so helpful and made sure I got exactly what I needed. So thank you! And your friend at the counter was nice and helpful too. I really appreciate you for making sure I got exactly what I needed!”
“Had a great experience recently! I walked in and was greeted and helped from the time I walked in to the time I walked out the store! I came in browsing and left with a great pair of shoes! Thank you to the two lovely young ladies, that were very helpful and had wonderful customer service! I will be back forsure!”

“This is a shoe store like we grew up with, where excellent customer service is the norm. I went yesterday to purchase shoes that I needed sized as they come in European sizes I am unfamiliar with. After ZERO service at Dick's and Acadamy Sports, it was so refreshing to have sales staff that knew their products and cared that you were pleased with your purchase. I did not get the 2 ladies names that helped me but they were both fantastic. If you want to shop where customer service is king and the staff super helpful, then Sunset Shoes is the store for you.”
“I buy my shoes only from this store.the staff is always nice and very knowledgeable and helpful...I like the layout of the store and the prices are comfortable...I highly recommend buying all your shoes here”
“The staff was very friendly. I had to visit both stores(Hibbett & City Gear) on the same day. The staff at both stores were great, very helpful, & provided great customer service.”
“I ABSOLUTELY love this locally owned store! Caroline and Linda are the SWEETEST and BEST duo! They have cute clothes, beautiful jewelry, and the BEST candles. They recently added permanent jewelry line to their store! Out of the Box truly has something for everyone. I’ve gotten baby shower, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, wedding, engagement, and graduation gifts and even the occasional treat myself gift. If you’re in the Panama City, you need to stop by and check their store out! You won’t regret it! ?”
“Audrey, Shae and the crew are amazing best Hibbett I’ve been to very friendly and helpful, always speak when you enter the store, great group I’ll be back soon!!!”
“I had the most awesome experience at this store. Crystal went above and beyond to help me with the work shoes I needed. Thank you to my local store and to Crystal for her help♥”
