We always liked coming to Bjs even with the long lines at the cashier, last visit we felt really dissatisfied with the meat department product that we purchased specifically Ribeye Steaks being not so fresh, the quality deserved a one star rating, worst one I had had in years, I don’t know if it is for the hike in price and product stays longer on the freezer at Parkland location

the place is great deals products but there's 1 thing that is really really dumb is there's no place to try on clothing even walmart has try on before should buy just makes no sense why you can't do it

The baby yogurt is always expired !! Sometimes the wait for a pickup can extend to 30 minutes -with the delivery of expired yogurt. Then to return you need to go inside. This defeats the purpose of ordering ahead of time to have it delivered to your car. Check the dates and be prepared to Wait extended periods of time for your order.

Worst BJ’s location ever what was suppose to be a pleasant 15 minute shopping experience took over an hour . They have the worst customer service and policies come before actually helping the customer out. I will never shop at this location again sincerely a customer that spends over 2k a month with BJ’s

Terrible system. Having to wait in long lines for tax exempt. Workers taking their sweet time scanning. Never seen such slow workers in my life

Today I went to this BJs club and got excellent service from Samantha who helped me with my water purchase that was a great deal and allowed me to get great price at the pump. The club by my house did not have the qualifying water but this one did and she helped me so I saved a lot. I am very happy. Keep up the good work and pass my comment along to Samantha a great employee.

This is my go to place for milk, eggs, bacon, seltzer and laundry detergent. One isle of produce and a decent selection. Lines can get long during lunch or rush hour but it’s self checkout so you can get things moving once you are at the register.

I love to shop at BJ. However, there was an AT&T sell representative today that was really disturbing BJs shoppers. He was making bad jokes and even yelling at customers, just because they dont stop for his pitch. I have a believe that you dont need to hassle people to sell anything.
