I went 3 times in one day each time returning at the recommended time at each time being told it wasn't ready. When I became frustrated at their incompetence they threatened me and told they were not going to help me. I was just trying to get medicine for my sick wife. I am done with this place you should not go here.

We went for Covid PCR test for travel because they can provide results within 48 hours. We went Saturday morning and needed the results by Monday early afternoon. We did not get our results on time It is close to impossible to speak to someone live and when I finally did they explained 1-2 days does not mean within 48. CVS-please clarify it on your website. It is misleading and we all needed to retest at the airport again. You can start by explaining how a day does not mean 24 hours. Very upsetting and completely worthless to go here.

I love this CVS mainly because the store associates are always helpful & that is not always the case in stores nowadays. Typical items you will find in most other locations, however they have a great selection of greeting cards here.Located on the SW corner of 441 and Loxahatchee Road.

horrible, prices rang up wrong, bought some over the counter advil the sign said $4.99 ended up ringing $8.99. Get your prices right, c'mon. Staff was very rude.

Very caring and they helped me get a hard to find prescription for my elderly dog. No other pharmacy in all of Boca would help me.

Max is an amazing member of your team. Every time I come he is friendly and helpful-great customer service skills. He works to ensure insurance and other medication programs are applied appropriately so I pay accurately and he is fast as well. All around makes me glad I chose this CVS as my pharmacy.

Worst CVS store I've been to. Manager Richard Vogel and Miguel Rodrigues are rude and not helpful. No customer service skills and nasty to customers. Choose another CVS.I am never going back.

Waited on hold for 2 hours - then got disconnected. It at least would be nice if they would pick up the phone and give updates on the hold time or to call back later if they're too busy.

Ok so to be frank I’m not sure what is wrong with the staff at this location but I will not be calling ever again to ask questions etc. I don’t feel like leaving my house and picking up something I can’t get without a prescription and they seem to be very short with me every time I try to ask them a question as if I work there and should just know things... I had spoken to two different employees and they both rushed me off the phone for no reason. No wonder they have one star if this is how they treat people. It isn’t anyone’s fault they hate themselves and their jobs so I’m not dealing with them after this morning and just asking my doctor to send the prescription. And I’m never coming back either. The first time I went the employee kept giving me false info and I made multiple trips to pick up one prescription. Bye Felicia.

Less than one star. Always a long wait time, never enough staff. I've been patient every month getting my medicines, but i think it's time to switch pharmacies. Seriously need to staff this store better.

This CVS pharmacy is like a castle with exterior decor and interior cleanliness far above average. I should come to this location more often since it's not too far from me... however it's not the closest. There is a plethora of choices here everything from junk food, elegant bottles of water and hey some great deodorant Incase you notice you're friends talk to you from far away... just kidding. Give this location a try, it has to be the sexiest CVS I've ever seen.

Horrible pharmacy. Not big on bad reviews but this place is ridiculous. Not accurate with rx's. Horrible customer service. Never answer the phone. Listening to multiple people in line in front of me complaining about the same things. They really need a crew change here (CVS Parkland FL sr7/441) I waste an hour and a half of my life either on the phone or in line or usually both every time i need a refill. Horrendous

Pharmacist was so rude and made me feel like an idiot for asking questions about a new medication. My normal location is on Hillsboro and they are awesome but didn't have the medication in stock. When it comes to medications pharmacist need to take it very seriously and make sure the patient understands the directions and dosage requirements or it's ultimately a lawsuit on their hands. I will never come back here and plan to address this at the highest level possible.
