Today we bought poppy seed beigli (mákos beigli) in the Aventura mall. This was probably the most horrific beigli I ever had in my life, it was inedible. The poppy seed was bitter and stale and if you know "beigli" you know it suppose to be a roll, instead it's just a big clump of poppy seed paste with some semi raw dough around it. I hope you stop calling it beigli and stop telling people it's Hungarian recipe because it's really embarrassing.

The juice I bought in the mall with the mango, milk and sour sap made me very sick to my stomach after only a few sips I returned to the stand in the market at Aventura Mall but the lady was very difficult and she wouldn't refund the $6 I spent for the juice even though I was in severe stomach pain and literally shaking from the drink. she called the owner also several times but she wouldn't answer I got the number for the owner and called her and text her and she wouldn't return any of my calls or texts this is a horrible business beware.

I ran across this booth at the Aventura Mall, and I'm so glad that I did! First, unlike other food & beverage places in the mall this one was well staffed! There were 4 or 5 friendly people working there. We sampled the juices and they were outstanding, homemade! I got a mango & my husband got a passion fruit. We also got a dozen of the guava & cream cheese danishes. They were SO good. I wish that I had gotten more! I really appreciated the prompt, friendly service and the delicious food and drink. If I lived here I would be going back many times. This was a real treat!

I stop by their booth every year at the Fairchild Mango Festival. They have really great fresh fruit juices and I generally try at least two varieties, this year the mango/blackberry was my favorite. They also have a wide variety of fresh baked pastries, I have no idea if they are the same varieties each year, there are too many to keep track of. All the pastries that I have had from Gerbaud were obviously just baked and really delicious. Gerbaud's is a highlight of the Mango Festival for me each year.

Gracias

This bakery is amazing! They have the best coconut cookie confection. It is my first stop when they have a booth at any festival in Fairchild tropical garden. The mixed fruit juice is delicious. They make delicious rugulach. The crew is so friendly and helpful. Looking forward to visiting their brick and mortar store!

I believe this place has gone out of business. Was supposed to have been a Hungarian bakery originally.

This place serves up good-tasting Haitian food. While I can't give it 5 stars since I've only had their food outside of this location - at Jackson Memorial Hospital to be exact where they set up a booth as part of the Green Market / Farmers Market on Thursdays. But for what they offered - turkey, chicken, or pork - they tasted like some flavorful home-cooking because they were seasoned just right and not overly spicy. The rice was flavorful, and even the salad was given some thought - with a light dressing and avocado. Now knowing this, I'd recommend anyone in Broward looking for a good Haitian fix to come to this corner of Hollywood to this "bakery" for some delicious meals.
