“The staff is hit or miss with excellent service! I was there a few weeks ago restocking my champagne. The African American lady (sorry I did not get her name). Went above and beyond excellent service at checkout she engaged me about champagne and came from behind the counter and helped me select a better bottle at a better price ( I ended up buying 3) HOWEVER was there last Thursday and although I was the only "customer" in the store it seemed like a burden that the 3 employees had to stop talking and ring up my purchase! “This is my go to store when I want to buy spirits. I buy gifts in there, and for my home. What makes this store so special is the Manager Taylor, who was the 1st employee I met when I started going in there after the store was built. Taylor is the most helpful, courteous, and just a real nice person with a very upbeat personality. He will walk me over to show me what I am looking for. He won't point or say go down this way or that way, he just takes you right there. He also knows his stuff, if I'm not sure exactly what brand or type to buy, he will be more than happy to recommend something. And he is always right on the money with his suggestions. If you have not been to this store, I highly recommend it. The whole staff is very friendly and eager too help also. I highly recommend Publix Liquor. It's right next to the newer Publix Store.”
