Earlier I had left a few cans of kitten food at the self scan check out and I came back six hours later and the lady remembered and she had them for me! “Ok I'll start with they do have a great produce manager!! Their fruits especially raspberries and strawberries and grapes are NEVER fresh!! I finally was able after complaining for months to "managers" who just brushed off the situation and didn't care I was finally blue to talk to the store manager and also the produce manager. I will update his name when I get the correct spelling of it. I let him know everyday week I go in here their fruits are so horrible moldy and rotten and how I would tell the people and they didn't do anything. He literally got into action and apologized for the rotten fruits that they need to check better for it. Unfortunately this time around I only got 1 case of strawberries and nothing else in produce this time but that's okay. Knowing and hoping that starting next week everything will be fresher makes me happy. The store is always clean and lots of room to turn your carts. Everything is organized and not scattered everywhere. I would like to see more than just the check out yourself line opened. Maybe out happier people at customer service area.”

“Not too many Winn Dixie's left in South Florida but the one located in Boca Del Mar is pretty decent. They totally transformed the store a while back when they added Kosher sections to appeal to the local residents. They have a Kosher deli, prepared foods as well as meats, wines, groceries and bakery. Of course they have the same options in non-kosher as well. They also have a nice floral section and a good sized organic selection. And although I have not tried it they have hot pizzas (also offered Kosher) and ai often see parents feeding their kids at the tables they have. So high marks for a large specialty selections (wine section is great) but the deli and bakery just is not up to par with Publix. On the plus side they have great sales and the store is kept clean.”

“I really could not be more pleased with this neighborhood market. It's not fancy, and it's not huge, but it usually has what I need and the prices are very reasonable. They also have very pleasant people working here, which is a nice change from some places. But the thing that really makes this place worth the five stars is the convenience. I had an event coming up at work and I needed a costume (don't ask). I found a really good price for a Spiderman costume on Walmart.com, so I bought it. Free shipping and it was at my house in less than a week. What's not to love? Well, the fact that it didn't fit. It's basically a body suit and in order for me to get the mask over my head, I would have to pull up into my crotch until I sang an octave higher. If you get my meaning. So, it had to go back. But I was very pleasantly surprised to find that I didn't have to ship it back, I could just print out the return form and take it to this store. Which I did. And they were perfectly happy to take it back and refund my entire purchase price! Oh yeah, I'm a fan.”
“The service here has always been extremely slow. They never have enough staff when I come. But Xiomara was the first customer service representative to ever truly try and level set customers. Although it got annoying and repetitive, she at least tried compared to the others. She was friendly, polite, respectful and a pleasure the whole time despite the stressful environment. The way she made my sub was perfect. One of the best chicken tender subs I've had from Publix. Promote her or give her a raise, seriously,!!”

“Great area, very nice and pleasant staff, always so helpful and management is always on top of things. Plenty of parking, in a big plaza filled with cafe, restaurant, day care, shipping center, animal hospital and more. But, I'm only giving them 4 stars because lately their veggies and fruits are very bad. Berries especially, always gone bad and I can never buy cilantro or parsley, they're soft and almost dry. Everything else is fine, prices are sky high, but so is everywhere else”
