“What a great store! I have been going to Gardenworks For the last several years and every time has been a positive experience! I used to buy my plants and trees at the big box stores, but no longer. Their products are for superior, but their customer service and expertise is exceptional. I was picking out various plants for my yard, and Austin was very helpful in terms of what varios plants needed in terms of light and care and hardiness.
Last week I was there, asking some questions about my palm trees that I was concerned with. Austin took the time to listen and then gave some great recommendations. He also recommended that that I text some photos of the trees and send them to Keith. Much to my surprise, I got a response at 6 o’clock the next morning! I highly recommend this garden center if you’re looking for local expertise.”

I ordered a “cake” made out of flowers from Erin Jennifer Florist for my sister Heidi’s birthday at her office, and let me tell you—this was the best calorie-free dessert ever! It looked so real that her coworker almost grabbed a fork. (Don’t eat it, trust me, it only *smells* delicious.)
Everyone in the office loved it, and Heidi said it was “almost too pretty to display next to the printer.” Bonus points: I ordered this floral masterpiece the NIGHT before her birthday and it was delivered right on time. I wish my Amazon orders were this fast.
The only thing that made me frown (besides not being able to eat the cake) was the “free shipping” claim. Turns out, free shipping comes with a side of “service charge” and taxes—so my $68.98 cake ended up being about $98. So, heads up: the price you see isn’t the price you pay, but honestly, the flower cake was such a hit, I can’t stay mad.
Final verdict: Erin Jennifer Florist delivers fresh, fabulous, and fragrant “cakes” that will make you the office hero (and the best sibling ever). Just don’t bring a fork. ??

I’ve used The Bushel Stop in the past when I lived in the Ranches and came back because of their consistent quality. Before stopping here, I visited other nurseries where I was completely dismissed—probably because I was wearing sweatpants, a gray ponytail, and no makeup. At those places, staff were too busy on their phones to help.
This experience was the complete opposite—friendly, professional, and welcoming. Thank you for treating every customer with respect. I’ll be telling everyone about you and look forward to coming back next week for more!”

“We were on a road trip to Pompano Beach and saw Home Depot and their garden center, so we stopped in. Our balcony could use a few flowers and maybe a mini palm tree. The sun is harsh on our balcony during the day and burns up the leaves. We looked around at their selection, which was good but not exactly what we were looking for. Their prices were reasonable, and the plants were being taken care of, unlike some other nurseries. We didn't stay long enough to require a salesperson. He was busy with another customer.”
“I love Home Depot....I travel from Boca to come here...I own rentals so there is always a need for something. I met Billy Schoenfeld at the Deerfield store. He helped me with appliances, vanities, countertops and even plants. You name it! After purchase he stays connected which I like because sometimes there are hiccups. He will always call and see how things are going.
I was sad to hear he left that store. One of the managers at Deerfield told me he is moved to 441 and Wiles. She missed him too.
I redid an apt with new LVP that her recommended. He stressed the durability of this product. I trust his knowledge. I am so happy. It looks so lovely! He goes the extra yard and has loads of patience. It is obvious he loves what he does.

“My husband and I recently ordered an item online that was delivered to the Deerfield Beach Home Depot. We needed it in a timely manner as we were completing a renovation in our home and the contractor was midway through the project. Unfortunately, the item we received was not what we ordered (wrong). However, the customer service associates, Thelma and Tiffany, were incredibly kind and helpful. They took the time to investigate the issue on our behalf, communicated with Home Depot's phone customer service, and successfully helped us secure a credit for the inconvenience. “The Home Depot consistently has everything I require for my sheet metal business. Thanks to my pro account, I'm able to see my savings on larger orders. However, I've encountered some older employees who seem hesitant to assist, and their expressions suggest they would rather not be bothered. Additionally, the cashiers at the customer service area can be a bit slow. Despite these issues, it's still an excellent place to pick up supplies for my next project.”

If every employee was as attentive as this, people would do a lot more shopping in store. He was a 5 star. Unfortunately the store as a whole is not.
