Horrible Service. I waited in the store for over 30 minutes before one of the store reps said anything to me. The moment I came into the store, Frank walked away with an Ipad. Brandon wasn't very easy to work with and Alan spoke in spanish to the other employees and I believe he was speaking about me. Horrible team, horrible service.

Looking at previous reviews it seems like this store struggles with customer service issues, and my experience was no different.Upon walking into the store, there were 4 associates in the store and no customers. I was not greeted and initially I felt like I was bothering them. When I was finally greeted, the associates were in no rush to help and they continued to have their personal conversation with each other. Extremelyunprofessional and rude. At one point they started joking with each other and were acting very childish saying they would bet $100 they couldn't get the Sim card out. They then went on to say they couldn't help me, that I would have to call customer service to get my issue resolved. Why should I call customer service? If I wanted to call customer service I could have done that but I chose to go into the store to have the issue resolved.I visited another location in Boynton Beach, and their customer service was amazing. This location needs training on customer service. I will never visit this location again and would not recommend anyone going there.

⚠️ Extremely Disappointed: Terrible Experience at T-Mobile Store ⚠️FranchiseI recently visited the T-Mobile store located in Parkland a franchise and I am compelled to share my exceptionally negative experience. The encounter left me frustrated and feeling completely let down by the level of service provided by the staff.? Rude and Unhelpful Staff:The store staff's demeanor was shockingly rude and unprofessional. Their lack of courtesy was evident from the moment I walked in. Instead of making me feel welcomed, they seemed disinterested and dismissive.? Misleading Plan Explanation:To make matters worse, their explanation of the plans and associated charges was far from accurate. I was left utterly confused and bewildered as they attempted to justify additional charges for switching numbers to another plan. This discrepancy was in stark contrast to what I had learned from T-Mobile's online resources.?♂️ Franchise Chaos:It became apparent that this store is a franchise and operates as though it is exempt from any semblance of uniformity or customer-centric standards. It was frustrating to see them ignoring the established protocols and doing as they pleased.? Refusal of Service:The most disheartening part of my visit was when I mentioned that I had contacted T-Mobile's customer service to clarify the charges. The staff's attitude took a hostile turn, and they outright refused to serve me. They accused me of being aggressive, which was entirely untrue I was with my son and wife.? Unwilling to Help:In a final act of unprofessionalism, the staff flatly refused to activate a new account for me. It was apparent that my experience had taken a nosedive due to their biases and unwillingness to offer assistance.This ordeal was beyond disappointing, and I felt compelled to share my experience with others. It's disheartening that a brand like T-Mobile, which I have trusted for years, could be represented by such a terrible store. I sincerely hope that no other customer has to endure the ordeal I went through at this particular store.

Walk in to T mobile store hoping to have help with my wife's cel...the employee did not pay any attention to my wife's issue. He was just paying attention to his messages on his phone...terrible customer service.

Let me start by explaining :Around a month ago i stopped by the 441 parkland tmobile store my after a year of use my screen protector was breaking was helped by this lady( the only lady that works at this location) , i was told screen protector for iphone 13 pro max was out of stock at the store she will placed the order for it to be mailed , we said ok gave her our number supposedly she placed the order we said thank you we left, A month passes by 05/19/23 i havent received anything on the mail from Tmobile , i decided to pass by the same store to see what happened , I arrived waited 10 min until i was asked what did i need have in mind there was three workers on the store two of them were busy i explained the same lady when she approched " we ordered the screen protector for my iphone13promax we havent received by the time i was standing in front of the screen protectors and i see same box description iphone13promax 2022 the lady tells me withouth hesitation thats not the size for my phone , i look at her and i question description on the box specifies the phone i had purchased and paid in full from tmobile , she then goes to her computer tells me she is going to check if they have it in stock , there were more than 5 screen protectors for my phone on their showroom , After 10 mins she tells me oh my system is not loading so i wait then im told the sku doesnt match from the one you purchased i asked her how did she knew if she hasnt even asked me for the phone number to see what sku i purchased ,I asked her to please write down the sku number because all of it from the start didnt make sense to me , her excuses didnt match , she then asked me for my number writes down the sku number i took a pic of the sku box i said ok thanks walked out of the store called tmobile customer service line explainedthe representive on the line about the situation explained on the skus he apologizes and tells me to please go back to the store he will speak to the person in the store i walk in again , he explains the lady the sku has nothing to do i have the iphone13promax they have the screen protector in stock she needs to replace it , At that moment there were 3 ppl at the register another guy , the lady and a manager , lady goes and says i cant replace it because the sku doesnt match she needs to go somewhere else i said this is horrible customer service im here you have the product and you are refusing to proceed since i walked in with all the nonsense excuses , she then tells the manager you want to handle this he says NO kept doing what he was doing , she then raises her voice we dont have it go go to another store , lady got so loud even the rep on the phone heard her , We been tmobile customers for years and this store really need to be professional to their customers , it really lacks customer service , on the phone with the rep i tell him okay she said she ordered to be mailed a month ago can you check and see what happened to the order ? the answer i was given was there is no order for a screen protector on your acct , he then tells me pls go to another store , I drove to the tmobile store in Margate , Arrived was greeted explained them needed screen protector for the warranty it was breaking , was helped by a guy asked the type of phone explained , he went to his display grabbed the same box , same brand same sku the prior store had with the same sku number on the back from the first store and processed to ask for the acct number confirmed the warranty and replaced the broken screen protector less than 10 minutes process service was outstanding and welcoming really represented the customer service i been used to as a tmobile customer , The store on parkland and the lady that works there really lacks customer service and shouldnt deal with customers at all , we as tmobile customers expect the same quality of service at all locations because it states Tmobile at the store door , horrible experience at this parkland location, wouldnt recommend it to anyone , see pics attached for reference .
