“Pretty easy rental..tools were clean..in great shape..and worked well..exceeded my expectations..the cement saw..battery powered hitachi..was a beast..had to charge batteries twice..but was a decent length cut..it chewed thru the cement like a hot knife thru butter..the hilti jackhammer/breaker..did a great job too..would rent again..only reason didn't give 5 stars was took a long time to get checked out..”

Bert, the store manager, assisted me personally to make sure that I had what I needed and that I didn’t make a decision that would have to come back to the store because I chose the wrong item or items. This is a great example of what sets Harbor Freight away from other stores.

“This company was literally right next to my residents. I was looking for a certain sized screw to be able to reach the depth in my wall. Anyway they are basically remodeling the inside to be basically all online or atleast most of the features. I noticed these metal plastic drawer sets that are 2 by 6 with 12 small shelves that where empty. I asked if they where selling them cause I could use them for my business of my online 2ndnhand good store, and in the end they gifted them to me and saidni could retrieve the rest. I've just been so in my business that I haven't had time to go grab them. I hope they still have them cause tomorrow im finally available andnim going to try andngrab the rest. Great service. “Needed a refrigerator light, the employees were short with me, didn't seem like they wanted to help. Felt like they blew me off. Been back few times, times, not the friendliest of employees, but I usually am able to find what I need on my own. Ordered wild birdfood online, (about a year ago) they put it in my car for me. When I got home and opened it, it was moldy and smelled so bad, I ended up just throwing it away. I was not going to bring it back in my car smelling of mold. Can't feed it to the birds because they can get sick. So I only go here, to this lowes, when very necessary.”
