Nichole was amazing in that she let us bring our bike and test it out on the trailer (to make sure it fit) before purchasing. Once it worked, she helped with the selection of 2 spare tires and provided a quick and easy check out process. “I must take this time to thank John, the owner of Eclectic-ware, and tell others about his fantastic customer service. You can find kitchen and bathroom hardware including ceramic fixtures on his website. I had purchased ceramic bathroom fixtures from him 20 years ago when we were remodeling. We were very pleased with the items, the very safe packaging and the fast delivery. Just this past August we needed some replacements. John wasn't able to provide the exact same fixtures, because they had stopped being manufactured by the company that supplies him. However, John made suggestions about very similar pieces that would blend beautifully, so I ordered and he was right; they worked perfectly. Most pleased with his expertise and willingness to help, I can say he deserves a 5 star review for sure!”
