“I love this store and the people. Always helpful and courteous. Roy in particular did a super job with some business cards that I had printed. I have a mailbox on the south end of town, this store on the north end, I may move my box here.”

“Decent experience, except for Heidi. If she is the manager, then smh, she makes the place feel unwelcome, and she blatantly lied to me when I tried to get tracking information, claiming that the store had no records of shipments after the day is over, but I called and someone else was able to help me right away. Thats wrong, Heidi, and I see what type of person you are. Deceitful and shady.”

“Jon is the hardest working person I have ever come across. He works his butt off but he does not mess around. No talking usually but friendly and responsive. He knows what to do always and is fast. Always polite. I have been coming to that Sun City location for years. Give this man a raise. If you ever lose him you are going to be in a world of hurt.”

“I have nothing but an excellent experience with this UPS store. The longest I had to wait was 2 minutes. I usually can walk in right up to the counter. Great place to ship from.”
