“Yesterday I arrived at this UPS store in Lockwood Ridge Commons in Bradenton with a number of Amazon returns at 4:56 pm. I had thought the store was open until 6 pm on Saturdays, but, when I saw 5:00 on the door, I poked my head in and asked if they could just take one or two. Two brothers (Norman and Gherman) were just about to close up and start their weekend, but they said they would still help with my returns.
They took them all and were very patient and kind. We finished up about 5:08 pm, but they were understanding about my error re the closing time. They made me feel welcome and “ok” anyway. Jerquel was off today but he is always wonderful, too. This is my UPS store! I really appreciate these helpful, kind, hardworking people. They should be rewarded by the company.”

“I worked with Anthony and he was amazing. I had a package to send to another country that had important docs in it. The package was missing. Anthony went above and beyond to help locate the package and he called me back and updated me and looked for solutions to my problem. I had spent 4 hours on hold with the main UPS. I felt like he actually cared. Thankfully with Anthony’s help the package was located and delivered.”

“Best experience ever. Walked up to door a woman held the door open for me as she was leaving. Already a good experience. I walked in with parcel already wrapped and ready to go place was hopping and popping. A nice lady greeted me immediately, yes, Great service, scanned and while receipt was printing, noted if I need any business cards, flyers, or signs they can provide. There it is the constant selling while being polite! Sales 101. By the way, I’m a Realtor and yes, I will contact this location for my business. People are tired of rude incompetent employees. It repels us.”
