Staff is friendly, pickups are on time, plus if you wish they sell lotto there too so no large lines to wait for. Great place and recommend for all your package needs except UPS, which they don’t take because there is a near by ups store”

If she is the manager, then smh, she makes the place feel unwelcome, and she blatantly lied to me when I tried to get tracking information, claiming that the store had no records of shipments after the day is over, but I called and someone else was able to help me right away. Thats wrong, Heidi, and I see what type of person you are. Deceitful and shady.”
“Jon is the hardest working person I have ever come across. He works his butt off but he does not mess around. No talking usually but friendly and responsive. He knows what to do always and is fast. Always polite. I have been coming to that Sun City location for years.
