He was also friendly and explained things very clearly to me. The time that I had to wait was minimal, jut a few minutes. I highly recommend this urgent care service.”

“I got lucky and didn't have to wait for my pre employment drug screen. I must have come at a good time in the afternoon, so that was very nice not having to wait. The mobile check in process is nice and quick, I think it's useful and makes it more efficient rather than signing the typical clipboard form in the front. Ashley was super quick and no frills. You can tell that she can work skillfully in a fast paced environment. Employees like her are much needed in a busy lab like this.”

“This Quest location is centrally located and easy to access..the waiting room is clean. Check-in is easy and quick. I had a 7:30 AM Appointment and had no wait time. Staff was professional and competent. I had my results in less that 24 hours. Incredible!”

“I appreciate this site. It is run smoothly. A lady in the clinic greets everyone at the door first thing in the morning. Then she organizes the appointments and directs people to run things efficiently. My phlebotomist, Katie, was kind, professional and make me feel comfortable. 5 Stars for Katie too!!! I will be back to this location.
* Heres a tip do everything online and when yu arrive at the office check in online so when it opens you can go right in. Makes a smoother process for everyone. Don't have a computer or smart phone no worries they have a computer/ Kiosk inside when you walk in. Hope this helps someone.”

“This is a tricky post. The lady in the morning does everything. Check you in and do a lab blood draw, which is very commendable. Labcorp does not deserve you. Labcorp, as a company, needs to hire more people and increase pay because no one is applying, it seems.”

“I have always had a hard time with getting blood drawn. I always end up getting sick or passing out, or the person drawing it cannot find a vein. That was not the case here, they took care of me and had me in and out in 15 minutes. This was the first time in YEARS that I got through getting my blood drawn without throwing up. They made me very comfortable and were so helpful!!”
