“Tom is an absolute gem and I always enjoy visiting him at this post office. He is extremely competent, friendly, and runs his location flawlessly. To the USPS higher ups - this man deserves lifetime job security, generous raises, and a comfortable retirement package. Tom should be used as a model for other employees in customer facing roles.”

“They're so friendly & helpful in our local post office! Anytime I have doubts about anything I just wait until during the day and take it up there and they've always been happy to help & make sure they save me as much money as possible as well!! They're very knowledgeable & will help you package up your package & write the information on it! It's Always the same 2 people working the lobby and I hope it stays like this for a while! With these same 2 people because they're both just the best most awesome kind informative & helpful people that I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with! “I live much closer to the LWR post office but dispise going to that location. The employee's can be rude and the line is ALWAYS extremely long. Decided to try another post office hoping it would be less stressful and so glad I did. I was lucky enough to have a wonderful man named Nate help me. He was very polite, kind and extremely helpful. I thanked him profusely. This is my new favorite post office and will be driving the extra distance because of the excellent customer service I received from Nate. Also, worth mentioning there was no line.

“I wanted to leave a review because I had such a great experience with Wanda at the passport counter. I wanted to thank her because she was so kind and patient; I had some complications on my end with passport paperwork, and was instructed errantly at a different passport agency before coming to the Oneco office. Wanda had an eagle eye and picked out several small errors that I had made; she was extremely competent. It really made something that should have been a headache, very smooth and easy . In addition, I came in the middle of the day and the PO was very easy to find, easy parking, and the post office was very calm and quiet. I will definitely tell anyone I know who is getting a passport to go here first, thanks again, Wanda!”

“Great place. The staff is always friendly and they a efficient. I've been coming here for some time now at least 4 years and I have not had a bad experience. Everyone has consistently helped me or other in the store., so I'm not sure where those low reviews are coming from. I think his name is Angel, not sure but he has been there for sometime and is very helpful..they all are!”
