Worst location to get a passport. Got rejected for a walk-in appointment even though we arrived 15 minutes before the cutoff time, we were next after another customer and there was no one else in line after us. The lady was really rude and seems like because her life is miserable, she has to make everyone else’s life...

Garbage Customer service. You can clearly tell the employees don’t want to be there.

I’m here before they open, there is no line and somehow they’re already booked for walk ins. Obviously not true and they’re just getting out of their responsibilities.
