“Previously that day I had been to another tire Kingdom location that treated me so amazingly poorly I was steaming. 3 and 1/2 hours to say that they couldn't patch it. My tires were horrible and that they could never do that and then I also needed a series of other works because my vehicle was unsafe. This was all a lie and the individual was adamant they could do nothing and it was corporate policy. I went to this location and not only was the air conditioning still working in the waiting room but everything was accomplished within 45 minutes and instead of insisting on new tires and entirely new front end and being a decidedly unpleasant individual, All of my issues with the tires were fixed over $32.. From now on I will be going to this location and no other. Even though it wasn't needed, I was also given a great deal on new tires for the future and was not given the hard sell using fear tactics by the associate. I'm very highly recommend this location. It's honesty and service”

“Over the summer we were traveling to Ellenton from Macon GA and a few hours from Ellenton our car began to shake violently. We tried to find places all the way down and although it took around 5 hours to complete the trip we got to Ellenton. I took the car into their shop and although they were slammed with business they took a few minutes to look it over and it turned out to only be a tire issue and they happened to have a used spare. We were traveling on a tight budget and im so thankful to these guys for being there for us and helping us out!! I highly recommend them!!!!!!!”

“These guys are great. If you need large tires for big rims this is where you need to go. These guys had me in and out with 4 new 35x12.5x24’s in less than an hour. The shop is big and they have plenty of lifts, also a real nice alignment rack. The tires were professionally installed and balanced. I will be taking my truck back for a lift kit. “Every time I come here the Spanish gentlemen are always more than happy define me the tire I needed the price I need this is the place you should come for all of your used tire needs a tire from here generally cost somewhere between 40 to $80 to and they're used but they are practically brand new. The way here is never long and it's quality service this place is across from the circle k on old 301 that turns into 15th. Play it for some reason you have to wait there is a nice Taco truck on the same property where you can go get you some food”

“While driving on 275, on our way to our son’s graduation in Miami, our minivan started flashing “check system” — not something you ever want to see on a long roadtrip.
Somehow, the stars aligned for us. The flashing light happened right before the exit — and when we pulled off the highway, the first shop we found was Proctor’s.
Long story short, the kind folks at Proctors were able to, in less than five minutes, diagnose our issue and give me an amazingly fair price to have our alternator replaced.
Beyond that, knowing we had a graduation to attend that same day, they jumped into action and told us they’d have us back in the road in two hours.
The phrase “the kindness of strangers” is so undervalued. The folks at Proctors made what could have been a horrendous experience into something manageable. They did so with kindness and care. Their price was more than fair — far less than I had anticipated. The speed in which they acted to get the car fixed so we could make graduation — I just have no words.
I cannot more highly recommend this shop. I’m so very grateful for their service.”
