Today I brought my very old car in for wheel balancing (my diagnosis) and Steve the mechanic had the wherewithal to recognize that it needed much more than that. He put it up on the lift and took the time to show me what the issues were, and point out several things I was unaware of. Honesty goes a long way in my book, I so appreciated his knowledge and willingness to do the right thing for my antique car.
