His eagerness to help, efficiency, and professional attitude was apparent from the moment we started talking. He scanned the car, explained the different codes, and showed me what the primary problem was. He had the part in stock (always a plus), and it was very affordable.. Less than $40 inc tax. He had me on the way in less than 30 minutes. I have had some bad experiences in other parts stores, but after this, I will be returning for all of my vehicles needs. “Ron and the lady at the front office (I forgot her name) were amazing! We were traveling from Atlanta and were in Miami for the week when my car threw a check engine light. Ron and his staff quickly figured out the problem and ordered the new part I needed. They gave me a discount on labor when the part was more expensive than they thought. We came in around 11 and were back on the road by 2:30! The next day, the plastic water guard cover at the bottom of my car came loose and started to scratch the road when I was driving. I took it back to this place and they fixed it in literally 5 mins with no charge! As a woman in her early 20’s, I always dread going to the mechanic out of fear of being taken advantage of. Ron and his staff were always so honest, fairly priced, made sure I understood the issue (without talking down to me) and made me feel the most comfortable I’ve ever felt at an mechanic shop. Can’t recommend this place highly enough!”

“Mr. Anthony and Ms. Judith were so patient with me tonight. I didn’t know what I really needed but knew the mechanic said get oil and green stuff which Anthony quickly corrected me was coolant. It's not often that you have a problem with your vehicle that results in a 2 week troubleshoot nightmare for your mechanic, and when that happens it's easy to think the fix will be any day now. No one is perfect and the initial communication got frustrating. Now, here is the important part. Once it became apparent that I was upset, Doran took full control to make sure I was both communicated with, and that the repair and wait was as painless as possible for me. I've honestly never paid a bill 3x what I originally expected with more confidence and overall satisfaction as with this shop. Anyone who tells you anything other than they did everything they could do to make sure you were treated well is either incapable of being pleased or failed to communicate properly with the shop. This shop is run professionally, takes ownership, and does right by the customer. That's all you could ever ask for in a shop. I'll certainly be back for many years.”
