Within minutes of my inquiry, I received a response and got connected with Sebastian Mohadeb. From the first contact Sebastian was fantastic to work with. He was patient and addressed all of my questions. Since I was from out of town, we scheduled to do a complete walkthrough of the car on FaceTime.
We closed the deal, I flew in to Miami, test drove, and was out of the dealership in less than 2 hours. As I have bought many cars over the years in multiple locations, this was actually one of the best experiences I have had with a dealership, but more importantly a sales person.
As Sebastian knew I had a 12 hour drive back, he called me several hours later just to check how I was feeling and if I was doing ok on the road. Was that service or just someone who actually cares about their customers? I think both.”

After a long shift at work, my car wouldn’t start and had to be jump-started. Since I drive long distances for work, I wanted to make sure my battery wasn’t failing, so I stopped by AutoZone for a battery check.
Arden took the time to inspect everything and noticed there was heavy corrosion on my battery terminals. Because of the corrosion, he couldn’t properly test the battery at first. Instead of rushing me out the door, he cleaned the corrosion off himself and then tested the battery. Thankfully, the battery was at 100%, and we realized the corrosion was the real issue.
What really stood out to me is that I had taken my car to a mechanic a couple of months ago, and they never even cleaned the corrosion. Arden did it without hesitation and gave me honest, helpful service.
I’m incredibly grateful for his kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help. It’s refreshing to know there are still honest people who genuinely care about their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back to AutoZone for any future car needs. Thank you again, Arden”
