“I left work to find my car battery completely dead. My coworkers jumped my car and I went straight to the nearest Autozone and I’m glad I did. Julio C was a fantastic help! He helped me find my warranty for my current battery (purchased from Autozone) and it was fully covered. He told me the corrosion was really bad and suggested I buy brushes and grease to clean it up and make sure no corrosion builds up. He installed my batter and to my surprise also cleaned it up and installed the grease that I had purchased. Super happy with his service, labor and knowledge. “I found these honest guys from asking AI. I am so glad I did. I called at 8am and spoke to Ron told him I heard a clunking noise in the back of my Rav 4. He said I could bring it in. We went on a test drive and he said he didn't think it was shock absorbers my mileage is to low. He put it up on the lift, checked and found it was a loose right rear sway bar nut. Everything else was fine under my car. There was no charge. What honest and decent guys they are that didn't try to take advantage of a lady. If there were 10 stars they surely would have gotten it. My new found mechanics.”
