“I went to this store to exchange a pair of sneakers that I had purchased in another city, and I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service. The young man and the young woman who assisted me were incredibly helpful and kind.
They took the time to help me find the right size and made sure the sneakers truly fit my feet, since I wasn’t completely sure about the correct size. Even though I had purchased the shoes at a different store and they technically didn’t have to help me with the exchange, they kindly did it anyway and provided great support throughout the process.
I truly appreciated their professionalism and friendliness. The prices are fair and the sneakers are beautiful. I will definitely return and become a customer of this store.”

The staff are very helpful and incredibly knowledgeable about their products. The store is clean, organized and has great displays. “We've been looking for parts for our 12 year old RV toilet and they were one of the few places that had them. They shipped quickly, unfortunately, USPS chose some creative routing and after a week the package was stuck. We called them and they shipped out new parts, via UPS this time.
So not only do they have sources for hard to find older parts, their prices are very reasonable and their customer service is exceptional!”

“The best Five Below ever! Fully stocked and superb customer service. I placed a pickup order but never received a confirmation that it was ready. When the salesperson, Tracey, saw what I was buying, she immediately stopped and asked if I had just placed a pickup order because she already had my items ready for me. Just like that, I was out the door with everything I needed!
Mind you, this happened only 10 minutes before closing. Tracey was so attentive, kind, and helpful. She even helped me at self-checkout right before closing. Amazing customer service!🥳🗣🥹”
