I went to Avis at Pembroke lakes mall on 7/22/24 at 552pm. Arrived very late in the day. They close at 6pm. Felicia R. assisted me at the counter. Although it was late. She was very fast,polite, patient and attentive to my needs. Thank you Felicia for amazing service.

When representative is in the back need to have a way to notify them that a customer is waiting other than that everything else is wonderful.
