“I have rented from this location a handful of times over the last year, and it's been an easy, seamless process everytime. Each person that has taken care of me at the counter has always been a joy to work with. Most recently Kelvin helped me. He had a great personality and made me feel very comfortable. We had a slight miscommunication but he made sure that was taken care of upon my return. It was a lobby full of people when I arrived. He did a great job greeting people and thanking them for their patience while we wait.”
