This location has the best decorated shoes out of all croc stores I have been to!! I had to ask who made them and staff let me know. Gianni is amazing!! He helped me out decorating my shoe and made it so gorgeous. Retailers need creativity and personnel like him. The second we got started he was kind, fun and passionate. He also helped me with my sons shoe. Thank you so much. I will definitely be returning.

The Manager Katt was very attentive and patient with me the whole time i was in the store. She helped me find my size and create my Crocs with the jibbitz and it came out really cute!!! Katt has excellent customer service skills.

I brought crocs from here and the quality of crocs has clearly gone down. It used to be that they would last at least 3-5 years sometimes up to 10 years. I have had mine for a year and a half and a hole is already in them.

I visited the store today and was greeted by a very friendly member named Giselle S. She was extremely helpful and handled my issue in the best manner possible. She went above and beyond to fix the issue, and I was grateful for her assistance in the process. She is definitely a vital member of your employees and I had a pleasant experience at the store because of her, thank you.

I was in & out, I was specifically looking for those venom crocs. Giselle attended me, she was very attentive, & patient looking for the size I needed, even double checked for me in the back. Thanks to her, it was a great & quick purchase !
