Edible Arrangements is a gourmet gift shop offering a variety of fresh fruit arrangements, bouquets, baskets, and platters brimming with tempting delights such as chocolate-covered strawberries, assorted dipped fruits, cookies, and other enticing desserts. Complemented by flowers, bakery items, balloons, and gifts, they are perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, or just indulging oneself. Ideal for corporate gifts, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, or any occasion, Edible Arrangements provides convenient catering and delivery options, including same-day and one-hour services, ensuring availability for any event. The store manager, Chorae, has been praised for her outstanding performance, particularly on Valentine's Day. She handled a significant workload single-handedly, ensuring everything ran smoothly despite being short-staffed. Chorae's dedication, hard work, and positive attitude, even under pressure, were commendable. Customers have also expressed satisfaction with Chorae's product knowledge, helpfulness, and the quality of the products, with one customer planning to return for future arrangements. However, not all experiences have been positive. One customer reported receiving a melted arrangement that looked like it had been kept in the trunk, and the customer service representative denied the issue, claiming the arrangement looked fine in the photo. This customer vowed never to use Edible Arrangements again.
Janice helped me change the delivery date of my order! I am ordering out of Tennessee to my mom in Fort Lauderdale and needed this completed today and not tomorrow. Janice informed me that her store couldn’t do it today but called the sister store to have it completed! Thanks for going the extra mile Janice !!

I ordered a birthday arrangement for my coworker and she loved it!

It was a horrible experience. The arrangement came with the chocolate melted. It looked like she had it in the trunk. When I called up, the person answering the phone denied it, saying it looked fine in the photo. The arrangement was wrapped in cellophane or maybe she never looked at it. Will never, ever ever use them again
