“I’ve been a member of SunCU for years, and even though I have another bank, I will never get rid of my SunCU account.

“I was very skeptical about the choice of branch when I was trying to figure out which branch to go to since all 3 local branches had some bad reviews. It was very important for me to make sure all my wire transfers go out before 9:30am and it was my first time using this bank in Florida. Thankfully this branch did open on time at exactly 9am and my banker Myrtle Charles was able to help me take care of business in a professional and timely manner. The only service I wish this bank had was at least a few business hours on Saturdays like most other big banks.”

“Great location and staff it’s even better. Usually no lines but even though you might have lines staff keeps them moving fast. They have few chairs inside where you can sit and also drive through where they can take your deposit from the outside in case you don’t want to go in.”
