I had the pleasure of working with Rocky on a recent support issue, and I can confidently say he delivered an outstanding customer service experience from start to finish. He was professional, patient, and genuinely committed to resolving my concern. What stood out most was his clear communication and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure everything was taken care of properly.
If every company had a Rocky on their team, customer service would be a completely different (and much better) experience across the board. Truly impressed!

Customer service at this location is awful. They will try to scam you on exchanges by giving you half the value STAY AWAY. The other lids have proper workers this location has a girl who doesn’t even stay in the front has a friend telling her when a guest comes in. Hire workers who actually do their job and lead with customer service.

I RARELY EVER DO REVIEWS, BUT!!!! I HAVE TO LET LIDS KNOW ROCKY IS THE EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR!!!!
ROCKY is an AMAZING ASSET to the company!!! I came in during lunch time, just browsing had nothing in mind to purchase. ROCKY greeted me and offer assistance within a few steps of walking in. He was very informative, helpful, and definitely cares about customer service going above and beyond!! He also pointed out all the perks and promotions going on at the moment. Pointed out the freshest gear in the store had to offer based off the preferences I told him about. I grab a few stuff and left some behind. I later called the store told ROCKY I change my mind and will like to buy a few things I left behind to see if it's available. When I came into the store, ROCKY had all my stuff put to the side and ready for checkout.
I come back a week later, he remembers exactly the types of hat I like without asking me he went and grab 2 of them and handed to me. This is when I knew he was something SPECIAL and talented. His approach, work ethic, and initiative made me purchase 2 more hats. For a staff member to treat you like a VIP member will always make you want to visit and shop at the store again!
I hope LIDS AND MANAGEMENT TAKE THE RIGHT APPROACH, TAKE CARE, AND INVEST ON ROCKY!!!
Definitely someone you want on the team!!!

Wanted a college teams merch and Rocky helped me extremely well. His customer service was good as soon as I walked in and you can tell he was treating other customers in the store the same way with good care. Definitely will come back if I need anything.

The young man with braces was incredibly helpful. He helped me understand the different sections of the store, provided some great options, and checked up on me to make sure my search was going well. It truly made this a great experience. I didn’t catch his name, but he was great.Thank you!

Very nice store and great staff. Only problem is finding sizes for jerseys! I am a large and i had to get one of my favorite jerseys extra large because they dint have my size. Not just that jersey but at least 5 different ones i was interested in, they had NONE in large, which is a common size i dint understand as i came in a week or so later, and still no large sizes on my favorite jerseys that i wanted to purchase. That was my only complain, other than that great store and staff and love their hat selection. i just ask for them to work on getting the size situation right please. Thank you.
