In this store they sold me an internet device that didn't work, it was a free month and I left paying $45 dollars and I paid 2 more months, they scammed me, they changed my address to sell and they earned the bonus because they do their job poorly and deceive people. I wanted to return it and they wouldn't accept it.

There were three ppl in the store an no one could do a simple activation. I had my phone stolen and just needed a phone activated. The male employee Cristian said he could not because my phone was locked?? First he did not even call metro or even try. Was there 1 hour wasting time. One girl was just in corner on the phone for hours? Unprofessional . BTW went to another metro she did it in 10min because she actually did her job.

No longer carry any cell phones that are inexpensive for people who live on disability. Affordable is a word that no longer exists. The cheapest phone now is around $170 - $200, which is still the $50 - $70 phones they used to sell. Even metro-pcs has to rip you off on phone prices. Thank you for the terrible high prices you now have. Must look to a different cell provider, this one sucks like the rest

I went in because my ipad was not charging and to get a screen protector for my phone. They no longer sell the screen protector for my phone. My charger was $70. A little steep for a charger. Representative was courteous and friendly and very knowledgeable. He even gave me his employee discount on the charger to bring it down to $50. However, I was not happy to find that my Motorola phone only have an approximate life of 4yrs. Giving me 1 yrs left.

This store is primarily ran by Hispanic individuals who only want to service other Hispanic customers. I came into the store with an issue with my phone because I am unable to make outbound calls or receive inbound calls. The representative tells me to go home and call customer service when I clearly told her that I am unable to make calls on the phone. I asked her to call customer service on her end, which she is fully capable of doing however she refused to do so. I will never come back to this store. I felt like I was not being helped because of my race . TheHispanic gentleman next to me was being helped with no problems. The representative that was helping me even stopped serving me to speak to him a couple of times. She also walked away from me the several times and I had to inquire again about whether she can call customer service to resolve the issue. She had no interest in helping me and insisted that I call customer service on my own. This is the only metro store that I have patronized and I hate that one of the employees spoiled that experience for me.

I went in alone to pay for my phone, I left happy, good service, I now have to change the phone and the treatment was very pleasant. I brought a tablet, it is better for my eyesight, thank you

Martin was beyond helpful and patient with everyone I saw who walked in. Even customers who were out right rude to him. I appreciate his help in buying a new phone. Give that man a raise lol
