Of course such a pleasure to shares my experience with others, well after my accident on April 17 my Claim Adjuster sending three different repairs shop wich i will choose one, hum I picked * Ford Collision * base in my instincts also closer to my house, so far it was handle with cares and wait until calling to picked up my SUV then as per their work's in my vehicule why not coming back and posted a better reviews, but so far I am patiently waiting until calling.

I had high hopes for this place after my initial visit. The staff was friendly and helpful at first.
Then the waiting began.
It took weeks to get the car back and I had to call them to find out what was going on most of the time.
I left messages via voicemail and the receptionist which were ignored for days, until finally going to the location physically to get answers. When I arrived, I was made to wait about 15 minutes to even see the advisor who told me it'd be another week and a half. Another week and change went by and finally got the car back three days shy of one month after the accident, only to find the techs had helped themselves to about ten dollars worth of quarters from the console.
Definitely do not recommend this place.

Had my truck dropped off to paint all around the truck except the back bumper and tailgate. Besides Madeline who I thought was great and kind to work with, this place is definitely lacking. The manager, Ray, is rude, and the front desk does not want to answer calls. It’s extremely frustrating to come pick up your car that had body work done and it be so dirty that you can’t even assess how the job was done. I had to go to work so it was impossible for me to wait for them to wash it or even come back another day. This was all very unprofessional.
